Many of our women that are released from jail or prison do not have a clue where they are headed upon release. They are doubtful of the long road ahead and often do not have the resources to purchase the basic necessities that many of us take for granted.
K.I.M.’s mission to provide our women with the basic necessities cannot take effect unless we have the support of everyone in our community. As we continue to evolve and offer our women the opportunities for growth and empowerment, we are asking you for donations to help our organization provide and improve the lives of our women struggling post-release from the lack of financial resources.
All donations will be used to help stuff as many backpacks as possible for our women during post-release allowing them to have the basic everyday needs; as well as personal and feminine products needed in order to have a fresh start on their journey back into society. We would not be able to do it without the help of our community and we thank you in advance for all of your efforts in helping us to make this a smooth transition for our women. Please be sure that all items are new unless specified.
